“I ended up discovering how to be my best self both professionally as well as in personal relationships.

“I was at a professional crossroads.  While I had been very successful for years, I was finding myself constantly fatigued and unmotivated. I had come to realize that behaviors and mindsets I had employed with such success weren’t working for me any longer. I wanted to think through with a coach how I could reframe, not necessarily a new professional direction, but a better way to do my work – at this point in my life - and with greater satisfaction. I was ready for a shift, and that is when I signed up for Answer the Call.

While initially a bit apprehensive about the group context of Answer the Call, I found the structure of the experience incredibly positive!  Sara created an atmosphere that was accepting, non-judgmental, empathetic, supportive, fun - yet critical in examining ways that we could advance in our goals.  She clearly recognizes the power of the group experience combined with individual one-on-one coaching interactions for helping see things in new ways.

Sara is SO upbeat, positive, empathetic, and supportive. I not only felt that she had a plan in place to help support my growth, but she also was willing to “flex” that plan based on new things that came up as we worked together.  She showed in her attention, her insightful comments, and her inquisitive questions that she was fully engaged in my growth journey.  I never felt like I was being negatively judged or not measuring up - even to my own stated goals.

I initially engaged with Sara because I was interested in exploring different professional futures.  Through our work together, I ended up discovering how to be my best self, both professionally and in my personal relationships.”
