“Prior to working with Sara, I was trying to figure out where my place was at our company.
Through COVID I found I was not needed as much – which was a good thing as I had great pride in the strong company my family had built.
I began thinking about retirement and this was challenging for me. I did not know what role I should take at the company as well as in my personal life. With my kids grown and married, the question I kept asking myself was ‘What now?’
At first the group experience was a bit intimidating. Boy, am I glad I stuck it out! Sara was extremely supportive in our group sessions. She is amazingly good at reading people and knowing just when to gently give one a nudge.
I got to know some of the kindest, funniest, most caring people. Everyone was extremely supportive, and our break-out rooms gave me an opportunity to learn a bit more about each person.
