“Prior to Sara working with the team of which I was a member in 2018, "dysfunctional" was an appropriate word to describe the team. The group had issues with honest communication, understanding perspectives, and failures to carry through on commitments. There was no shared perspective of the group's purpose.
Since working with Sara, the group has managed to weather storms better. Members are more attuned to the variety of perspectives groups have, and the validity of those perspectives. People are more willing to say, "This is my perspective..." and, as importantly, to inquire about and listen to others' perspectives as well. There is no doubt that better decisions are now being reached more quickly than they were in the past. While we still have lots of work to do, we have been placed on the right path through Sara's interventions.”
